Candle Personalization Service

1.Products for which we offer customization services is low temperature candle.

2.Before the piece goes into the crafting process, please communicate with our customer service or email us info@lunetime.com to specify the size, materials, colors, temperature, scent and patterns or characters you wish to include.

3.Kindly note that our bespoke service starts at a base fee of $50. Once we receive your request, the total cost, accounting for both craftsmanship and materials, will be sent to you via email as a comprehensive quote, along with the expected delivery schedule.

1.If you purchase our personalized customization service, please make the payment after receiving our comprehensive quotation.

2. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of payment, we will refund 90% of the total price.

3.If you choose to cancel after 24 hours but before the product is shipped (we will inform you by email prior to shipping), we will refund 40% of the total price.

4.Please note that once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
