· Personalized Customization Guidelines
1.Products for which we offer customization services include: collars, nipple clamps, and paddles.
2.Before the piece goes into the crafting process, please communicate with our customer service or email us official@lunetime.com to specify the size, materials, colors, and patterns or characters you wish to include.
3.Kindly note that our bespoke service starts at a base fee of $100. Once we receive your request, the total cost, accounting for both craftsmanship and materials, will be sent to you via email as a comprehensive quote, along with the expected delivery schedule.

· Refund Policy
1.If you purchase our personalized customization service, please make the payment after receiving our comprehensive quotation.
2.If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of payment, we will refund 90% of the total price.
3. If you choose to cancel after 24 hours but before the product is shipped (we will inform you by email prior to shipping), we will refund 40% of the total price.
4.Please note that once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

For orders placed before 7am AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
